The book is a trans-medial translation of the second chapter taken from Darwin's diary "The Voyage Of The Beagle". The naturalist catalogs, in this diary, all the animals he encounters during his journey and records all the interesting anecdotes. The trans-medial product is a culinary guide where the proposed plates are based on the insects and the cultures that Darwin meet in his journey.
